When riding a bike, don’t forget to wear a helmet. Many people prefer taking hot water baths. On body hot water does relax the muscles but one should avoid pouring hot water directly on head, especially during summer season. Just how watering the roots, nourishes the whole tree. In the same way feet is the root of our body. Massaging it, our whole system gets rejuvenated. But, you must be wondering, what is this kansa? Kansa is bronze, an alloy of copper, tin and zinc. One can easily get it from any utensil shop. Kansa metal has this peculiar property to instantly bring out excess heat from the body by stimulating the vital nerves that terminate to the feet. Yes, you can watch it happen. In fact, it’s a test to find out if your body is acidic within or not.

To do this foot massage, you can either use coconut oil or ghee. Apply on the soles of your feet. Then with kansa katori self massage the back of your feet. You might notice the oil turning black. Mitti Bartan 

If you start using mud pots, body heat related problems will automatically come down. Foremost, strive to buy a mitti ghada to store water. Refrigerated water feels cool to touch but it actually heats the body from within. On the contrary, water kept in matka is appropriately cool, it doesn’t cause sore throat, it naturally has more minerals a and most importantly, when we drink it, our body gets cool from within. You can store water in a mud pot and drink it first thing in the morning. Cool matka water acts like a medicine in problems like gastritis, acidity and sun strokes. In comparison to any other utensil material, food cooked in a clay pot is less heating for the body. The earth material is such that it pushes food cooked in it towards alkalinity.
